At harvest time, proper controls are required to ensure that the rapidly
maturing grapes are harvested at exactly the right time. Deliveries
of juice and concentrate are brought to WineExpert immediately after
harvest in insulated tankers. The product, once examined by our
WineExpert's Quality Control experts, is stored in large environmentally
controlled tanks to preserve total freshness There the correct
pH and sugar levels are maintained to maximum benefit. 
Only the freshest product is used in WineExpert's manufacturing - guaranteed.
To protect the integrity of all the products that they produce, WineExpert
codes each batch of their winemaking kits. This ensures our customers
the highest quality and freshest product available.

Vintner's
Reserve Series
Vintners Reserve Wine Kits from WineExpert produce a superior wine of
the highest quality. Kits are made from 100% pure varietal juice and come
in a larger 10 liter format complete with all the additives and yeast
needed for the particular variety. Using state of the art aseptic,
nitrogen purged packaging methods, the varieties are balanced and blended
with invert sugar and require no acid titration.
The one that started it all - WineExpert's original 28-day winemaking
kit has set the standard for excellence which remains unmatched.
Defined by quality and innovation, Vintners Reserve contains 10 liters
of varietal grape juice concentrate, with all of the acids, pH, sugars
