Selection Premium Red and White Wine Kits consist of a four gallon blend of premium varietal juice and grape concentrates. Selection International wines contain juice from the best wine producing regions around the globe.

All Selection series wines from WineExpert are packaged in an aseptic, nitrogen purged bag placed in a sturdy outer box. Certain kits contain F-Packs or finishing packs designed to enhance flavor and round out sweetness to those styles which require it. No sugar or acid titration is required. Yield is six gallons or 30, 750ml standard wine bottles.
