Old West Supply is a family owned and run business that began in 1991. Our family guarantees your complete satisfaction with our products and our company.  If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase simply contact us to discuss how we can remedy the situation.

Minimum Order

A minimum order of $10.00 is required to help defray order processing costs. The $10.00 minimum order DOES NOT include freight charges.

Payments can be made by VISA, MasterCard, or AMERICAN EXPRESS.

Pricing

Most of our products are imported and are subject to currency fluctuation, sometimes on short notice. We will strive to maintain the prices listed on our website. Prices however are subject to change without notice. We also have price reductions, sales or specials which will be passed on to you without your requesting them.

Taxes

Mail orders within the City of Colorado Springs require a 7.4% sales tax added for all non food items. Orders within the state of Colorado require a 2.9% tax. Orders mailed out of Colorado do not carry a sales tax.

Shipping, Handling and Insurance 

Shipments can be made by:

UPS: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day.

UPS shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box. 

USPS: all Standard and Priority Mail options are available to you.

APO/FPO: We have many former customers from the Colorado Springs area who have been re-assigned to other parts of the world. Shipping to any APO/FPO can only be made via USPS. 

Insurance: UPS includes insurance of $100.00 per box. For single boxes which are valued at more than $100.00 we will add and charge you for insurance.  All USPS packages will have insurance charges added 

Damage Claims

Please do not accept any shipments which have obvious damage. Please contact us for any hidden damage and we will work with the carrier to make it right. Please save all box and packing materials.

Returns

Contact us at 1(719)635-2443 for any return issues. We will replace the item, credit your account or refund money at your direction. All returns will be honored as per our Guarantee policy described above. Returns for other than defective items will still be charged shipping costs.

Backorders

While we strive to have everything in stock at all times we may run into an occasional problem due to item availability from our suppliers, shippers, or heavy ordering of a particular item. We will backorder the item for you, cancel and refund, or substitute at your request. We will contact you for direction should this occur.
