Old West Supply is a family owned and run business that began in 1991. Our family guarantees your complete satisfaction with our products and our company. If you are ever dissatisfied with your purchase simply contact us to discuss how we can remedy the situation. A minimum order of $10.00 is required to help defray order processing costs. The $10.00 minimum order DOES NOT include freight charges. Must be 21 Or Older To Purchase This is not a legal requirement in the State of Colorado, however we have an ethical commitment to the community which prevents us from being involved in any way with the underage possession and consumption of alcohol. fluctuation, sometimes on short notice. We will strive to maintain the
prices listed on our website. Prices however are subject to change without
notice. We also have price reductions, sales or specials which will be
passed on to you without your requesting them. Mail orders within the City of Colorado Springs require a 7.4% sales tax added for all non food items. Orders within the state of Colorado require a 2.9% tax. Orders mailed out of Colorado do not carry a sales tax. Shipping, Handling and Insurance Shipments can be made by: UPS: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day. UPS shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box. APO/FPO: We have many former customers from the Colorado Springs area who have been re-assigned to other parts of the world. Shipping to any APO/FPO can only be made via USPS. Insurance: UPS includes insurance of $100.00 per box. For single boxes which are valued at more than $100.00 we will add and charge you for insurance. All USPS packages will have insurance charges added Please do not accept any shipments which have obvious damage. Please contact us for any hidden damage and we will work with the carrier to make it right. Please save all box and packing materials. Contact us at (719) 635-2443 for any return issues. We will replace the item, credit your account or refund money at your direction. All returns will be honored as per our Guarantee policy described above. Returns for other than defective items will still be charged shipping costs. While we strive to have everything in stock at all times we may run into an occasional problem due to item availability from our suppliers, shippers, or heavy ordering of a particular item. We will backorder the item for you, cancel and refund, or substitute at your request. We will contact you for direction should this occur. Our most valuable business asset is not inventory, equipment or fixtures, but the trust of our customers. Personal information will be kept on our local computer system and may be used by Old West Supply Inc. to send you information about things like sales, new items or specials that we may be offering. Most of our customers appreciate hearing about these items, however, if you wish to be removed from our list, just let us know.
