Soda Pop Extracts

Old West offers Rainbow soda pop extracts. Each bottle makes a four gallon batch and uses regular table sugar for sweetness. You will also need a pack of champagne yeast to carbonate the sodas unless you are force carbonating in a keg. Fun for the entire family!

Liqueur Extracts

Each bottle makes one quart. Add one ounce of finishing formula, cane sugar and vodka. An inexpensive way to make great liqueurs at home. Total time to make: About 5 minutes.

Absinthe

Old West offers absinthe making kits by Green Devil™. Absinthe is a legendary strong liqueur distilled with a number of herbs including anise, fennel, licorice and wormwood. Unlike the liqueur extracts above, our absinthe kit is brewed by steeping herbs in bottles of vodka (not included in kit).
